Virtual Tour Advertising Rates: [please
read thoroughly]
Homeowners
that wish to rent their properties during the 2004 G8 Summit
can advertise their property using a customized virtual
tour. [sample
tour here] Each virtual tour will remain listed until
the property owner contacts B&M Enterprises and requests
their property be removed.
Rates
for virtual tours are as follows:
$150.00 initial one time setup fee
$ 50.00 per room
Each room constitutes a 'View' [Example: master bedroom,
great room, kitchen and outside view would be 4 views x
$50 each.]
$150.00
+ $200.00 = $350.00 ONE TIME FEE. We do not collect or charge
a commission on any rental transactions. All transactions
are the responsibility of the property owner and potential
rentors.
